Health guarantee: to 1 years old.

Every effort has been made to assure that said puppy you have selected is healthy on the date of delivery and said puppy has received proper vaccinations and dewormings.

The Buyer has been informed of these and future vaccinations and dewormings due, and will agree to have them done on time.

Should said puppy develop any debilitating genetic/hereditary disorders that prohibit the animal from living a life as a pet, the Seller will replace said puppy, from the next available litter, with a puppy of equal value.

Said puppy must be returned to the Seller in good condition, other than the specified problem, at the Buyer's expense.

The Buyer/Owner will then qualify for a replacement puppy, under the following conditions:

The Buyer will provide the Seller and Seller's Veterinarian with the necessary test results, documentation and written Veterinary diagnosis, etc...

If said puppy dies due to a "genetic" condition, within one year of the purchase date, the Seller will replace said puppy under the following conditions:

A necropsy must be performed on the animal, by a licensed Veterinarian, and the report must be forwarded to the Seller and Seller's Veterinarian for review.

Seller's Veterinarian concurs from the necropsy report that cause of death was due to a genetic condition, the Seller will replace the animal.

Buyer is responsible for all transportation costs to and from the Seller for returned puppy and for replacement puppy.

Seller will not be responsible for any medical expenses incurred.

Buyer is aware that owning a puppy means trips to the veterinarian and understands that he/she will be responsible for all payments.

This guarantee applies to the original puppy only and is nontransferable to a second puppy.

The health guarantee does not cover the following: treatments for internal or external parasites, bacterial infections, cherry eye, loose hips/knees, skin allergies, small or collapsed nostrils, small trachea, bad or uneven bites, demodex, mange mites, kennel cough, thyroid dysfunction.

We are selling certainly only healthy puppies. They make an general health-care examinations on the puppies. Health-care justifications prepare from these examinations. These justifications and export pedigree with fedex will be send to the customers.

Buyer's Responsibilities:

To keep this guarantee offered to you in force, you must have your puppy examined by a licensed Veterinarian within 72 hours of receipt.

Seller must be informed immediately of the examination's result.

Provide puppy with routine preventive care, such as, but not limited to:

¤ Physical examinations by a licensed veterinarian.

¤ Follow veterinarian guidelines for vaccinations and dewormings.

This contract supersedes any and all previous agreements, oral or written.

Any physical problem which is or could be the result of injury is not covered under this guarantee.

Buyer understands this contract fully and agrees that any/all legal disputes resulting from this agreement shall be under the jurisdiction of Hungary.

It is agreed that the place of venue shall be in Kiskunhalas.

All parties have read and understand the terms of this agreement.
